How long does a flat roof last?

A properly installed modified bitumen or TPO roof should last 20 to 25 years. EPDM rubber often lasts 30+ years. The weak point is always detailing, which is why installer quality matters most.

Do I need to replace the whole roof or can you repair it?

If the membrane is under 15 years old with isolated damage, a targeted repair is usually the better call. Over 20 years or with widespread blistering, full replacement is more cost-effective.

Will you work on commercial buildings?

Yes. We hold commercial liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and work on everything from corner-store roofs to 40,000 sq ft industrial decks.

EPDM vs TPO vs modified bitumen, which is best?

EPDM (rubber) is the most durable at 30+ years, great for residential extensions. TPO (single-ply) is white and reflective, good for reducing cooling costs on commercial roofs. Modified bitumen is easiest to repair and detail around complex penetrations.

Will you help with manufacturer warranty claims?

Yes. As a certified IKO and GAF installer we register every system we install with the manufacturer and handle any warranty claim paperwork on your behalf for the first 10 years.
